Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

“Site”: the website https://zayalo.com and all of its pages, exclusive property.

“Products” or “Services”: all products and services offered on the Site.

“Client”: any individual or professional making a purchase of Products or Services on the Site.

“Consumer”: any natural person acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, artisanal, industrial, or liberal activity (preliminary article of the French Consumer Code).

The Client acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing any order.

Article 2 – Application of the Terms and Purpose of the Site

The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the date of the order.

The Site offers online sales of products in the categories: home, lifestyle, and various accessories.

Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 – Customer Service

The Client must specify their full name, order number, and the subject of their request.

Article 4 – Order Process

The Products offered are those displayed on the Site. Each Product is accompanied by a description.
Photos are non-contractual.

The Client selects their Products by adding them to the cart, then confirms their order after verification.

The sale is considered final after:

  • Order confirmation,

  • Acceptance of these Terms,

  • Full payment of the price.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay.
Transactions are secured and processed by external providers.

Article 6 – Deliveries

Shipping fees are indicated before order confirmation.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on carriers.

The Client must check their parcel upon receipt and immediately report any anomaly.

In case of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Client may request the cancellation and refund of their order.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer Client has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without penalty (excluding return costs).

The product must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),

  • The legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In case of defect, the Client may request repair, replacement, or refund of the Product.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

If an event of force majeure occurs making contract execution impossible, the contract will be suspended or terminated without compensation.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 12 – Personal Data

The data collected is used for order processing, customer relations, and marketing actions if the Client has given consent.

Article 13 – Customer Comments and Content

Any comment posted by a Client on the Site must comply with applicable laws.

Article 14 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 15 – Governing Law and Mediation

These Terms are governed by French law.

The competent jurisdiction will be determined by the French Code of Civil Procedure.
