Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email at contact@zayalo.com.
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
👉 To speed up the handling of your request, please include in the subject line of your email: “Cancel my order” and provide your full name and order number in the body of the message.
Return and Refund Policy
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
The shipping label must also be present and intact.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, no return will be accepted if the product has been used.

👉 To complete a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within approximately 7 business days.
Initial shipping costs are only refundable if the withdrawal occurs before the order has been shipped.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

We will then provide you with the procedure and the address of the authorized warehouse to receive returns.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Returned items remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse.
👉 For any return of an item valued over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
⚠️ We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
